Today, we’re delving into three practices top producers should avoid to maximize efficiency.

1. Handling showings yourself. As you reach a certain point in your career, driving to and personally conducting every showing becomes impractical. Establish trust with another agent, possibly within your brokerage or a mentee, and consider charging a flat fee for each showing they undertake.
